  • Elevate your listings with our comprehensive in-home consultation, designed to showcase the property’s full potential.

  • We spend an hour with your client in their home, developing a strategic plan for essential upgrades and adjustments that will deliver the highest return on investment.

  • We evaluate everything—from furnishings, décor, and layout, to flow, color choices, and of course, clutter.

  • Afterward, your client receives a detailed report with personalized recommendations and image references to guide their updates.
